That's because the etsy diapers are the last of my old diaper stock and I recently bought some new stock in velour, flannel and knit. Unfortunately, I had to raise my price. I've had this serger since 1992. I bought it brand new and still use it to this day. Its a Sergemaster 4300. I think Simplicity made this machine. Can't find any information about it because even the website no longer exist for this.
I've been sewing for years. I haven't gained all my knowledge in a day and I still have so much more to learn. Those people who think they can get away with paying someone either little or even nothing to make, hem, mend, quilt,etc. them something because its only sewing, YOU SUCK!
You don't ask a doctor, mechanic, dentist, tutor, retail store,etc. to lower their prices , give you a huge discount or ask for it for free? So, wtf are you asking me and many talented seamstress to do our work for little or nothing. You think our trade is so worthless or useless? Do you think we can pay our bills if we do it for almost nothing or free? Do you think we magically go poof-its done. Do you realize how much work goes into doing what we do? How many needle sticks, sewing late nights,etc goes into what we do. And don't tell me I'm lucky I know how to sew. Don't insult me. I learned how to sew just like you learned how to do whatever you do. If you don't want to pay for it -then go take a sewing lesson and do it yourself.
Aren't my boys sweet. My oldest gave me yummy blue towels(love towels especially blue ones), my middle guy gave me ,hand made by him, flannel Batman pillow cases, necklace and an angel charm. My youngest made me a long necklace. I'll put up pictures of the other items later.
I made two more flower pin cushions. The smaller one's picture didn't come out but my big one did. What a great way to use scraps.

I like making these patchwork Halloween fabric pillowcases. Not only are they easy but fun to make. The are also awesome looking on your pillow. I don't even care if it isn't even Halloween-they still go on my pillow. This is a picture of one that is a work in progress .
