SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Large skull

- Blue Moon 24" Metal Chain (2 pkg.)
- Paints: white, off white. gray, tan, brown, black
- Paint tray & water
- 1" & 1/2" paintbrushes
- Natural sponge
- Craft knife
- 11 flameless LED tea lights (11)
- Toothpicks
- Super glue gel and/or hot glue gun & sticks
- 1" cup hooks (2)
- 1/2" cup hooks (6)
- Spiders & spider webbing
DIRECTIONS:
- Two coats of paint may be needed. Allow paint to dry thoroughly between each coat and color.
- Carve off jaw of large skull below the top teeth to create a separate jaw.
- Cut of ends of 2 large bones so that only 5-6 inches is left to create the spine.
- Carve out rivets to create a spine look then glue 2 pieces together
- Paint skulls and bones as desired; refer to photo.
- Using tea light as guide, cut a hole in the top of each skull approximately 1/2" deep with craft knife. Leave one skull uncut.
- Use tooth picks to position spine at base of large skull.
- Use tooth picks to position jaw bone and uncut small skull in place. Note: jaw bone “chin” will be touching spine piece.
- Pull pieces apart slightly and glue in place with hot glue or super glue.
- Glue 2 small skulls on top of spine behind large skull.
- Layer 4 large bones into a square shape; secure and glue as above.
- Glue small skulls to corners.
- Layer 3 small bones into a triangle shape; secure and glue.
- Glue small skulls to corners.
- Screw 1" cup hook into top of large skull behind the tea light hole; secure with glue.
- Screw 1" cup hook into bottom of spine; secure with glue.
- Use tooth picks to position two remaining large bones at the corners of square bones approximately 4" up.
- Use tooth picks to position large bones to spine sides.
- Pull apart slightly and glue.
- Screw 1/2" cup hooks into the backs of the small skulls on the triangle piece.
- Separate the chain into 4 12" pieces.
- Attach three pieces to the hook under the spine and hook to back of skulls.
- Attach the remaining piece to the top for hanging.
- Place tea lights in holes and place spiders and webbing as desired.
Tooth picks are used for positioning and adding strength to chandelier.
