Its been raining everyday here in Maine for the last week and half or two. Right now its downpouring and they say this weekend should be sunny. I hope so cause our summer runs very short.Anyway, here's a skirt that I've been waiting to post. Madam Mermaid diy skirt. Its a reconstructed skirt from a boring white skirt. I dyed it, sewed ribbon and tulle on it and just made it a lot more interesting. The colors make me think of a mermaid. I think a mermaid would feel right at home in this weather.
