I know there's gonna be controversy, not enough action, not true to the comic book, blah blah blah but I did enjoy the film. I know the film doesn't go by the comic book(I think most comic book junkie's found this out from the first Wolverine movie and X-men movies)but I still liked it. I'm not gonna go into details but it was kinda nice to see Wolverine among normal people. Unlike the other movies where we are inside the mutants world here we see it reversed. I love this character and I've read Wolverine comic novels, comic books, etc. and everyone seems to have their own version so this film is another version of Wolverine.
Plus, I love how Hugh Jackman plays him. He truly loves this character and it shows. Plus, this man really, really works hard on the physical part. Yes, those shirtless scenes are delightful!!!

Fairy Gardens
Last week I made my own. I was tired of one space that couldn't grow flowers(only weeds)because my chickens usually stepped on the tiny flowers or other things happened in that spot. So I finally decided to do it. I will post pictures of that soon too.
I should also let you know I finished a lot of projects that I've mentioned here in the past months that I really, really need to show you. I finished my Monster High shadow box, fleece stuffed elephant, one blue haired Raggedy Ann doll, my redecorated sewing room(added tons more lanterns, glass bulbs and wind chimes to the ceiling- plus lights) , the blouses I had on my to do list, the Xmas quilts and other things.
I promise to get pictures very, very soon but for now here are some photos of fairy gardens.

Man of Steel and World War Z
I liked the movie and didn't mind it was 2 1/2 hours long. I won't go into details but I liked how he was bullied as a child(how can Superman be bullied right?)Anyway, how alone he felt then and even now. Best of all Earth doesn't trust him which is a contrast to other movies. Loved having Russell Crowe as his Krypton father and Kevin Costner as his Earth father. I recommend this movie-plus how hot is Henry Cavill shirtless!!
Now I hate horror movies and a lot of these gory disaster/zombie/end of the world movies. So when my son mentioned this movie I had doubts. He showed me trailers of it and I was curious especially the zombies running and just climbing one on top of another to get over walls, etc. Okay, it helped having Brad Pitt in it too.
I felt the despair of his character looking out in the plane seeing the zombies running everywhere and the city in flames. Especially the part of the nuclear bomb going off in the distant.Made me glad this was just a movie.
I recommend this movie and yes, Brad Pitt is still hot .
